1. Acceptance

By creating an account on ARK INVESTS you agree to these Terms & Conditions and confirm you are 18+ and legally permitted to invest in your jurisdiction.

2. Investment Products

Each Tesla-themed investment package has a 45-day cycle with a fixed daily return. Capital is returned with profits at the end of the cycle. Returns are simulated payouts funded by the platform's trading operations and are not guaranteed.

3. Deposits

Deposits are accepted in USDT (TRC20/BEP20), BTC, and ETH. Funds are credited after on-chain confirmation and admin approval. Send only the specified asset to the displayed address.

4. Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal: $5.
At least one approved deposit is required before any withdrawal.
Referral AI profits: minimum withdrawal $2.
Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours after admin approval.

5. Referral Program

$0.20 bonus per referred signup and 15% commission on referred deposits. Self-referrals and fraudulent referrals will be voided.

6. AI Trading

Paid AI Trading uses deposited funds; Referral AI Trading uses referral earnings. Daily trade limits apply per level. Capital is locked during an active session and released with the day's net result upon completion.

7. Risk Disclosure

Investing carries risk. Past performance does not guarantee future returns. Do not invest more than you can afford to lose.

8. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your password. ARK INVESTS will never ask for your password. Enable 2FA where available.

9. Prohibited Use

Money laundering, fraud, account farming, and abuse of the referral system are grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
